Job Title: Advertising Account Executives (Male)

Employer: Fast Growing, Out-Of-Home, Media Company – Dubai, UAE

Function: To Manage Agency’s Clients.

Responsibilities:

1. meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs;
2. devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;
3. presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients;
4. briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts;
5. Sourcing and negotiating with Suppliers, and making sure deadlines are met;
6. Writing and producing presentations;
7. managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client;
8. Making ‘pitches’ to try to win new business.

Position Requirements:

1. At least 2 years experience in an Advertising agency;
2. Basic Industry knowledge for production of advertising material (digital print / offset print / signage’s / pop / pos / file formats etc.
3. enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative;
4. a clear communicator, in person and writing;
5. Passionate about advertising and the ability to deal with people at all levels;
6. Must be able to manage time effectively, making sure to keep up to date whilst building strong client relationship.

Package includes: Salary + High Commissions. Salary offered is based on experience.

1. To accurately identify and target the key decision maker within a qualified company and speak professionally.
2. To report to Business Development Manager in putting together an appropriate sales presentations and accurately presenting it to the clients.
3. Keep accurate records on file regarding client data and background to ensure appropriate management of client information.
4. To arrange face-2-face business meetings to present your presentation.
5. Identify own developmental needs and report to Business Development Manager in putting appropriate development plans in place.
6. To manage your new client portfolio and up sell at all opportunities.
7. Analyze market trends and must have the initiative to do strategies to sell and market out-of-home media space.

Position Requirements:

1. At least 2 years experience in out-of-home, Media Company.
2. Confident and ambitious, presentable, sales focused with excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Passionate about outdoor advertising.
4. The ability to deal with people at all levels.

1. Identify key opportunities and specific projects and initiate contacts.
2. Conduct presentations and Sales pitch.
3. Assist with contracts and coordination with Legal Department.
4. To coordinate necessary approvals with concerned authorities like Municipality.
5. Actively participate in development process by providing project reports and working within set time-frame.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent;
2. At least three years proven experience in business development or account management;
3. Should be results oriented with excellent track record of new business success; over achievement of sales targets, top sales ranking, awards and achievement recognition;
4. Must be a team leader with the ability to achieve, motivate, and drive performance with excellent negotiating and closing skills;
5. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment;
